MacOS 15.5 gave "fchmod: Permission denied" errors with rsync to smb mounted volumes. shutil.copyfile() replaces that.

Not sure how these pushes and PRs are working. Hopefully they are all getting combined together. This should fix the test. This PR replaces #24 which has the screenshots of the testing of proxy corrections in STOQS.
